- Having a good time
THE INSTRUCTORS
About Douwe: This dutchmen had his first cold challenges in a kung fu school in China and became one of the first WHM instructors. Douwe is a senior WHM instructor (Level 3), breath coach and movement teacher. As WHM instructor he is teaching retreats internationally including ‘teaching the teachers’ for the WHM Academy. Douwe teaches people in a playful way to explore body and mind. An emphasis on breathing, safety, body awareness and body intuition.
About Josephine: In a former life Josephine was a molecular biologist. Her fascination about science and the human body brought her to the Wim Hof Method. Apart from being a WHM instructor (Level 2), she is a yoga teacher, naturopath and author of a book about the cold. She is internationally teaching workshops and retreats. While she focuses on the feeling in her teaching, there are few people who understand the science behind it as well as she does.
