Julie Hjelm Jacobsen is a highly skilled Physiotherapist. All about hands-on healing. Works with Olympic athletes and world class opera singers.

Josephine has a PhD in Molecular Biology. She works full-time as a WHM Instructor (level 2), Yoga Teacher and Naturopath. While she focuses on the ‘sensory experience’ in her teaching, she has an enormous understanding of the science of the bodily processes. ​

Douwe is a Senior WHM Instructor (level 3), Breath Coach and Movement Teacher. Douwe teaches people in a playful way to explore body and mind. An emphasis on breathing, safety, body awareness, and body intuition.

Mikkel Lykke is a cold exposure nerd and comfort foodie par excellence. Cooks delish and vibrant food throughout the retreat.
