Wim Hof Method Travel
This experience will be unlike anything you've ever imagined - and probably unlike anything you've ever experienced before! You will learn the three components of the Wim Hof Method and experience the incredible effects on your body! During the journey you will feel the effects of breathing, cold and mindset within you and learn more about the mechanisms of action! Our days will start with yoga, Wim Hof breathing and meditation - so prepared you will bathe in ice water, walk lightly clothed through the snow and climb mountains! We will be staying in a rustic house in Przesieka (accommodation in a double room). This is where the first scientific studies on the Wim Hof Method took place years ago and where the famous waterfall is located! The legendary ascent to the Schneekoppe (1602m) is part of our five-day trip. We take 14 people with us. (#Photogallery Poland) Catering The prices quoted include vegan-vegetarian full board (brunch, dinner) as well as drinks, fruit and snacks. We serve wholefood, there will be no alcohol - but coffee, tea and cocoa. We have a cook on site who will take any allergies into account and look forward to your active support with the preparation and follow-up. 
Travel Details
The prices quoted include vegan-vegetarian meals and drinks. Your arrival and departure are not included. We are happy to help with the organization of car pools. Our trips have a maximum number of 14 participants . Cancellation of participation in the trip must be made in writing fourteen days before the start of the trip, in which case 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If you cancel within two weeks before the start of the trip, no refund is possible. In both cases, you have the option of finding a suitable replacement person to take your place. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance that covers illness. Your Trainer Dr. Josephine Worseck has been a certified Wim Hof Method trainer (Level II) since 2017 and is the author of the book "The Healing Power of Cold" (available in german, italien and czech). Douwe van den Berg is a movement expert and has been a certified Wim Hof Method Trainer (Level III) since 2015 - as part of the Wim Hof Academy, he also teaches the new generation of Wim Hof Method Trainers. |
